We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL or Money Orders in US funds. ALL CHARGES ARE PLACED AT TIME OF ORDER. If the part is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours. If a product becomes backordered we will notify you if shipment will be delayed for 4 weeks or more and give you the option to cancel your order. We ship UPS and US Postal Service for all shipments . All products shipped F.O.B. (ex-works) Gainesville, GA USA. Brokerage and/or customs fee's may apply for customers outside the USA and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We no longer ship to the United Kingdom or the European Union due to new VAT collection rules.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please obtain an RMA number (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) from us via email or telephone. Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the Buyer from FFTP in advance and must be made within (14) days of receiving the product. All returned products to FFTP will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All items returned to FFTP must be prepaid - FFTP will refuse any collect packages.
All products which are approved for return will be refunded within 15 to 30 days. All products returned must be in the original packaging and wrapping and must be in the same condition as it was originally delivered by FFTP to the Buyer.
Only the original Buyer may request for a return of products. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after the part has been inspected by FFTP will the buyer receive the product back. After receipt of goods, FFTP shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If FFTP does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs. Parts which have been mounted or used are not returnable under any condition. WE DO NOT ISSUE CREDITS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, INSTALLED, OR OTHERWISE RENDERED NOT SALEABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS!
We reserve the right to change any price or item without prior notice. FFTP will not be held liable for products that do not match exactly the photos shown on our site. Products shown on our website may not be exactly as shown.
DAMAGED / LOST IN TRANSIT:
Refuse delivery when the driver attempts to deliver a damaged package. It is your responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery. We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. When in stock, we will promptly replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive a claim number from the carrier or the part is returned to us. Please understand it is your responsibility to secure the package when the driver delivers to your address. LOSS AFTER DELIVERY WILL NOT BE COVERED - NO EXCEPTIONS!
PARTS INSTALLATION/FITMENT POLICY:
Motorcycles can be dangerous. FFTP has no control over the use of any product purchased from FFTP. FFTP is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred in any accidents due to rider error, incorrect installations, bad judgment or act of nature. Buyer understands that some parts may need modifications for correct fitment, removal of factory lights/body work etc. We recommend you have a skilled technician install the parts purchased. Not all shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. FFTP expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of any product purchased from us.
