It is not much fun when you buy something for that special project bike you're working on and it doesn't fit or work like you expected it to. We understand - we've been there too. That is why it is our policy to answer any message in 24 hours or less. We may not always have the answer to your question that fast but we will let you know we're working on it and when you can expect an answer. Our primary means of communication is email but if you would like a telephone call to discuss something please be sure and tell us your telephone number including country code and dialing instructions if you are outside the United States.
